Orders are sent via Royal Mail first class. Deliveries may take up to 3 working days. Delivery is charged at £3 or free shipping for orders over £30.
For the highland and Islands we use Royal Mail next day service, DPD does offer a next day service for parts of the UK

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Refill Station offers a 30-day long distance refund as long as the item is in new condition and has not been opened.
If you find that a product you have received is faulty, please get in touch via email firstname.lastname@example.org or social media and will try and find a solution
If a solution cannot be found, we will dispatch a Faulty Goods Pack which contains a pre-paid envelope to return the item to us. Upon receipt of the faulty item, we will dispatch either a replacement or a refund depending on your preference.
When sending an item for a return or refund, please include a note with you name and order number.
